Mold Testing Specialists (MTS) testing services consist of a brief consultation followed by three air sample tests. The consultation will cover why we are running each particular test, and exactly what samples are being collected.
Texas state law states that when professional mold services are needed, we must provide a safe protocol for any third-party vendors to follow. If mold is found from our samples from the lab, we highly recommend you get it treated. We provide unbiased reports for our customers that way reconstruction companies never overcharge you for their services!

$50-$100 is the additional fee for any commute outside of Harris County or any surrounding Counties. This covers the toll fare, gas mileage, and vehicle depreciation.
$100 is the additional charge if you are in need of our services on the weekends or any holidays.
$120 is the additional fee for cancelation or no access granted. This is when an inspector arrives at a property (30 min max wait time) and is not able to enter the property. We try and keep a very deliberate schedule, we don't plan on wasting your time, so please don't waste ours!
MTS provides speedy services, we are proud to say our average turnaround time for our inspections is 48-72 hours.
This question depends greatly. If no mold tests are taken we can usually deliver the report within the same day or the next day. If mold tests are run, the process becomes elongated and can take up to 3-5 business days.

All of our appointments are based on a two hour time window to compensate for traffic delays and commute time.
MTS is open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. In case of emergencies, we can come out to conduct an inspection on the weekends, you can expect to pay a premium for a weekend inspection.
We strive to provide a fast and accurate service. Our commitment is to have our inspectors at your property within 24 hours. Sometimes this means evening services (after 6 pm) or coming out on the weekend during peak business season. After hours and weekend, inspections are subject to a premium.
Our average inspection time is 1 hour. For commercial and bigger residential properties it can sometimes take up to two hours.
