$50-$100 is the additional fee for any commute outside of Harris County or any surrounding Counties. This covers the toll fare, gas mileage, and vehicle depreciation.
$120 is the additional fee for cancelation or no access granted. This is when an inspector arrives at a property (30 min max wait time) and is not able to enter the property. We try and keep a very deliberate schedule, we don't plan on wasting your time, so please don't waste ours!
MTS provides quick results. You can expect your lab results 48-72 hours after testing and your Comprehensive Report within one week of your testing.
You will receive your Comprehensive Mold Inspection Report within one week of testing.

MTS is open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are in need of a weekend appointment, additional charges may apply.
We strive to provide a fast, efficient and quality service. Most appointments can be scheduled for the next day. Appointments are made on a “first come, first served” basis. For evening, weekend and Holiday appointments, additional charges may apply.
Our average our inspection time is 1 hour. For commercial and larger residential properties inspections may take between 2 and 3 hours.
