$50-$100 is the additional fee for any commute outside of Harris County or any surrounding Counties. This covers the toll fare, gas mileage, and vehicle depreciation.
$120 is the additional fee for cancelation or no access granted. This is when an inspector arrives at a property (30 min max wait time) and is not able to enter the property. We try and keep a very deliberate schedule, we don't plan on wasting your time, so please don't waste ours!
MTS provides quick results. You can expect your lab results 48-72 hours after testing and your Comprehensive Report within one week of your testing.

All of our appointments are based on a two hour time window to compensate for traffic delays and commute time.
MTS is open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. In case of emergencies, we can come out to conduct an inspection on the weekends, you can expect to pay a premium for a weekend inspection.
We strive to provide a fast and accurate service. Our commitment is to have our inspectors at your property within 24 hours. Sometimes this means evening services (after 6 pm) or coming out on the weekend during peak business season. After hours and weekend, inspections are subject to a premium.
Our average inspection time is 1 hour. For commercial and bigger residential properties it can sometimes take up to two hours.
